Birth + Fresh 48

Perhaps one of the fastest days (week) of your life….

Those first moments with your newborn are the most precious, life changing, delusional, and heart bursting of love days you’ll ever have. The moments go by way to fast to even comprehend the magnitude of the events.

Fresh 48 and birth sessions are absolutely amazing and my dream is that everyone is able to cherish and remember these moments. Both my sessions focus on the love, the bond, and relationship between baby and parents. I help guide you and we create an amazing story that you can remember.

Fresh 48 sessions are some of my favorites. Since we can not plan when baby will arrive (unless baby will be delivered as a known C-section), we typically won’t have a set date and I’m essentially on call. Once you know when you will be headed to the hospital it’s best to give me as much heads up as I can so I can clear some time to visit you at the hospital.

Birth is such an intimate and special moment. I remain a fly on the wall and capture the moments as they happen. Through thick and thin I stay by moms side and photograph those final moments of pregnancy into parenthood. My goal is to capture all the details of the moments leading up. From dad’s pacing the room, the doctors around, and the obvious baby’s arrival. Once baby arrives I follow baby around and the focus shifts to baby with mom an dad as the special guests.

My births I am on call 2-3 weeks prior to baby being born, day and night. I always encourage my parents to meet up with me ahead of time or give me a ring if you may feel self conscious or just want to get a sense of who I am.

Most my Fresh 48 and birth clients invest in an album (usually paired with a maternity or newborn session).

Births that are NOT a planned C-section $1700
- Please note that if a birth turns into a C-section that it is still this price
Births planned as a C-section (set date/time) $1100

Any location beyond 30 miles of me will be charged a travel fee

*BOTH of these sessions are the ONLY sessions that get a discount if booked with a newborn session $100 off (taken off at the newborn session)
